Brian Meyer Director of Operations brian.meyer@midwestpbis.org Brian brings twenty years of varied educational settings to this work, from general education, to higher education, to residential care. He has worked in a leadership capacity for over fifteen years, organizing and directing support for implementation of PBIS. He currently leads the curricular development of District Leadership Training, Tier I, Classroom Management, and Bullying Prevention for the Midwest PBIS Network. Brian's logistical thinking keeps us grounded and his witty personality keeps us all on our toes! |

Sheri Luecking Director of Programming sheri.luecking@midwestpbis.org Sheri is a committed school social worker with nearly thirty years of experience. She has served in a leadership capacity to support districts in implementing PBIS for twelve years. Sheri leads Midwest PBIS Network in development of Tier II and Tier III. Sheri is passionate about wraparound! Sheri's big heart and need for efficiency make us a stronger team! |

Lucille Eber PBIS National TA Center Liaison lucille.eber@midwestpbis.org Lucille Eber, Ed.D., brings her expertise to the Midwest team-- as former Director of the Illinois Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities (1993-1999), which transitioned to the Illinois Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Network (1999-2014), facilitating PBIS implementation for over 1,800 Illinois schools. She regularly publishes articles and chapters on school-wide positive behavior supports, and interconnected systems for mental health in schools. |

Ami Flammini Technical Assistance and Training Director, PBIS Advanced Tiers ami.flammini@midwestpbis.org Ami's extended and varied experiences in the field of social work have given her an understanding and deep respect for the role of systems in creating lasting individual and organizational change. Her out of the box thinking to identify and then move beyond perceived obstacles is crucial to the Midwest PBIS Network. Ami is the Illinois Site Director, Lead Trainer and Coach for the National IES random controlled trial for RENEW. Ami is also leading our team in work integrating trauma-informed practices within a multi-tiered system of supports and is a strong advocate for educator self-care. |

Ali Hearn Technical Assistance Director ali.hearn@midwestpbis.org Ali's background in school social work provides the experience and knowledge to support the most vulnerable youth, but her big picture and systems thinking is what allows her work to impact ALL. Her dynamic personality and ability to connect with people make her a crowd pleasing trainer. Ali is a Lead Trainer and Coach for the National IES random control trial for RENEW and leads our team in curriculum development with Tier II, Restorative Practices, and FBA-BIP. |

Diane LaMaster Trainer - SWIS and PBIS Assessments diane.lamaster@midwestpbis.org Diane comes with an extraordinary amount of experience in behavior support as a special education teacher, behavior interventionist, and district coach. Her passion for data based decision making led her to becoming a National SWIS Facilitator Trainer and a National TIPS Trainer. Diane's knowledge of data and her fluency with SWIS and PBISApps are invaluable to the Midwest PBIS Network and schools in the state of Illinois. |

Kelly Perales Technical Assistance & Training Director, Mental Health Integration kelly.perales@midwestpbis.org Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. Kelly has worked in public school, and in mental health both as a clinician and an administrator. She has been a part of the implementation of PBIS at the state, regional, and local level in both Illinois and Pennsylvania. Kelly is a leader in Mental Health Integration and PBIS, known widely as Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF). She supports sites across the country and is currently supporting implementation of ISF in a random control trial funded by the National Institute of Justice. |
Katie Pohlman Technical Assistance Director, Mental Health Integration katie.pohlman@midwestpbis.org Katie brings experience with both community and school social work. Her desire to create equal opportunities for all along with her need to be efficient and effective led to her passion to support schools in implementing PBIS. Katie's current role with the network extends her passion as she facilitates sites to integrate school and mental health systems by enhancing the core features of PBIS through the Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF). |

Cheryle Kennelly Administrative Assistant cheryle.kennelly@midwestpbis.org Cheryle brings nearly 20 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant & Meeting Planner to the Midwest Team. Her exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, combined with her ability to independently multi-task and problem-solve make her a leader in event planning at the national level, and the go-to team member for all things at the local level. |
Alanna Gatesman Training Data Manager alanna.gatesman@midwestpbis.org Alanna brings a teaching background in both secondary and special education, along with a decade of administrative support with the Network, to her current role of Training Data Manager. Her favorite aspect of working with the Network is assisting with the training of staff at the district and school levels in establishing systems that both empower educators and support students at all levels of need. Her diligent work with our Training system and event planning helps Midwest Institutes run smoothly. |

Jennifer Norton Evaluation Data Manager jennifer.norton@midwestpbis.org As an art educator in public education and afterschool programming for over a decade, Jennifer brings a teaching and design background to her role of Evaluation Data Manager, Accounting Team Member, and Webmaster. Her eye for detail and appreciation of good organization help the team to think in more efficient ways. Jennifer loves all things Recognition, and gets excited seeing hundreds of Illinois schools being Recognized for their PBIS efforts. |
